Payment must be received in our office no later May 31, 2022. If paying 2021 delinquent taxes in person on or after April 1, 2022, acceptable forms of payment are cashier's check, certified funds, money order or cash. Include your property's folio number on the cashier's check, certified funds, or money order. ![]() Make your cashier’s check, certified funds, or money order payable to Miami Dade Tax Collector. If paying 2021 delinquent taxes by mail on or after April 1, 2022, acceptable forms of payment are cashier's check, certified funds or money order. On April 1, 2022, 2021 real estate taxes became delinquent and additional interest and fees were added. We strongly recommend that you submit your payments online or mail in your payments instead of visiting the Public Service Office to conduct any Tax Collector business transactions, including paying Real Estate taxes, Tangible Personal Property taxes and Local Business taxes.
